Commtests vbBal+ Balancing Handheld Instrument - The commtest vbBal+ is an easy-to-use, feature-rich single- and dual-plane balancing handheld instrument. The four-channel device is capable of performing measurements with various ICP sensors. It stores the measurements in its memory and assists in single- and dual-plane dynamic balancing with graphical display. The machine's condition and the effectiveness of balancing can be immediately verified by measuring spectra and time signals. The commtest vbBal+ instrument is easy to use, with a user interface in Hungarian, allowing for on-site balancing to be performed immediately and quickly even without prior knowledge of the device.

The commtest vbBal+ offers numerous services for balancing that make the process simple and almost automatic for single- and dual-plane dynamic balancing:

  • The commtest vbBal+ can perform balancing with up to four sensors simultaneously, with on-screen displays guiding the necessary activities.
  • The instrument suggests the appropriate trial weights, which is invaluable for unknown behavior of rotating machinery.
  • For machines already balanced once, there is no need for trial weight measurements, as they become unnecessary with the application of previously recorded machine-specific data.
  • The commtest vbBal+ handheld instrument can calculate the placement and distribution of balancing weights at specified locations or radii (e.g., existing screws, fan blades).
  • The instrument also provides balancing results compliant with ISO 1940 standards.
