The new Easy-Laser E530 laser alignment tool from Damalini is based on the outstanding capabilities of the Easy-Laser® E-series hardware, featuring excellent price-performance characteristics for laser shaft and belt alignment. The Easy-Laser® E 530 is capable of not only traditional shaft alignment functions but also adjusting belt pulleys, checking bearing clearances, and even performing vibration diagnostic measurements with additional accessories.

The built-in functions of the Easy-Laser E530 laser shaft and belt alignment tool embody a new concept for on-site work: the instrument provides all the necessary functions for comprehensive machine condition assessment, including basic, soft foot, bearing play, and vibration level checks, machine geometry measurement, necessary machine adjustments, and finally on-site electronic PDF documentation.

The Easy-Laser® E 530 instrument's measurement programs include horizontal, vertical, and belt alignment, 360° live alignment, tolerance measurement, bearing play measurement, as well as vibration measurement and bearing condition monitoring functions (which can be performed with a separate accessory). The Easy-Laser® E 530 is capable of soft foot checks, thermal expansion compensation, and simultaneous adjustment of dual-coupled machines. Measurement filters can be applied to reduce errors caused by external influences such as vibrations.

To simplify measurements (and achieve feasibility in tight spaces), the Easy-Turn function allows shaft alignment measurements to be started from any position and can even be carried out with just 2 x 20° shaft rotations. The instrument can generate test documentation in PDF format on-site, which can be stored in the memory of the Easy-Laser® E 530 or on an external USB memory.

To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ power management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to master. To expedite measurements and quickly reload parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal presets.

The Easy-Laser® E 530 can serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long run. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories, and its built-in program can be easily updated via USB memory. Additionally, the system can be optionally supplemented with Bluetooth wireless communication.
