In machine diagnostic practice, there is often a need to measure and archive bearing and shaft vibrations, operational and technological parameters simultaneously (at the same time) at high speed. From a diagnostic perspective, measurements conducted simultaneously on multiple channels have incredible significance. Portable, task-oriented multi-channel instruments are suitable for the execution of these special measurements. The application of this method opens up new dimensions both in the practical implementation of measurements (single machine start-up - "comprehensive" examination) and in the field of fault detection and analysis.

The possibility of multi-channel, "comprehensive" diagnostic measurements has so far been a privilege of - extremely cost-intensive - installed monitoring systems.
