The program automatically starts and finishes measurements during trial and balancing rotations.

Balancing Processes and Rotating Part Database

The properties of the balanced rotating part are stored in a database, allowing for the calculation of necessary balancing weights without the use of trial weights during the next - or any identical rotating part - balancing.

Balancing According to ISO Standards

The program includes multiple types of rotating parts and evaluates the balancing result in accordance with ISO 1940 standard.

Weight Distribution for Discrete Angular Positions

The program can calculate the placement and distribution of balancing weights at specified locations (e.g., screws in couplings, fan blades).

Technical Specifications

Signal Channels

Two measurement channels for various sensors, such as vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, or displacement sensors. A separate input is provided for speed (and optional angular position) sensing. It ensures sensor power supply and signal conditioning for various standard tachometers.

Angular Position Input

The measuring unit includes an input for angular position sensors to facilitate the simple and accurate positioning of trial and balancing weights.
