Workswell SWR-640 - installed thermal cameras
The Workswell SWR-640 shortwave installed thermal cameras are used for measuring high temperatures in industrial environments and for observing objects and processes that require the shortwave spectral range. Two versions are available: with USB3.0 interface (SWR-640USB) or with Camera Link interface (SWR-640L).
Features
- Peltier-cooled InGaAs sensor
- Image resolution 640x512 pixels
- 0.9 ... 1.7 μm spectral range (shortwave infrared)
- Fast image refresh rate: max. 100 Hz (Snap-Shot capability)
- Measurement range: from 300°C (e.g. up to 1500°C)
- Data transfer via USB3.0 or Camera Link interface
- Low power consumption, enabling power supply via USB
Rugged and compact design
The rugged housing of the Workswell SWR-640 thermal cameras is primarily designed for industrial applications (as installed thermal cameras): compact in size, with a metal housing measuring only 64 x 56.3 x 47.1 mm, they withstand even the harshest conditions while fitting anywhere. Their image refresh rate allows for detecting moving objects or rapid temperature changes.
Applications (examples)
The Workswell SWR-640 installed thermal cameras are developed for observing high-temperature processes and machinery. Among the almost endless applications, the following can be highlighted:
- laser processing (welding, soldering, cutting, marking)
- machine and product inspection
- spectroscopy
