VMI Viber MP Modular Vibration Monitor

The VMI Viber MP is a multi-channel, modular structured installed vibration monitoring system. The signals from the sensors are processed by the channel modules according to the sensor type, the set measurement range, and (in the case of vibration acceleration sensors) the selected frequency band and integration. This signal is available as a buffered "time signal" for diagnostic instruments on the BNC connectors and multi-connectors of the channel modules. A 4...20 mA current signal is also generated (per module) according to the sensor type and settings, which can be taken from the module's terminal blocks. The current signal of the channels can also be viewed on the digital displays of the VMI Viber MP modular vibration monitoring channel units.

  • combined acceleration/temperature sensor (above vibration evaluations + temperature in °C unit)
  • Pt100 temperature sensor (temperature in °C unit)
• switchable measurement ranges and frequency limits
• 4...20 mA current output per module (e.g. for PLC)
• analysis signal output per module (e.g. for measuring instrument)
• built-in digital display per module
