MaintTech CX300 4-channel installed vibration monitoring/diagnostic unit for Ethernet remote monitoring

The MaintTech CX300 four-channel machine monitoring unit is recommended for continuous monitoring of the mechanical condition of rotating machinery (such as electric motors, pumps, fans, mills, mixers, etc.) and their bearings. By continuously monitoring vibration data, analyzing vibration spectra, and logging events, most damage incidents can be avoided. The continuous (online) availability of measured vibration values and logging with the MaintTech CX-MON300 PC software allows us to infer the current condition of the machines and their bearings, as well as the triggering time and source of a malfunction if it occurs.

The detailed on-site display of MaintTech CX300 is provided by a modern color touchscreen (option), while remote vibration monitoring can be done via USB or Ethernet. The latter can serve as the basis for internet-based data visualization, allowing us to monitor the condition of individual bearings from (almost) anywhere. Based on the displayed values - after evaluating degradation trends and vibration spectra - maintenance can be planned or interventions can be made in the technology. This is particularly advantageous for remote (unmanned) pump stations, compressors, and other mechanical stations, as it keeps us informed about the condition of our machines without the need for personal presence! The spectral analysis capability of the MaintTech CX300 machine monitoring unit (max. 6400 lines) enables vibration diagnostic fault analysis. Also advantageous is the remote configuration possibility (with the CX-Config PC software), which allows changing device parameters from any PC anywhere in the world. The MaintTech CX300 machine monitoring unit simultaneously monitors 4 measurement locations (typically bearing housing), with 4 vibration acceleration/velocity or displacement sensors and 4 Pt100 temperature sensors connectable to its inputs. For monitoring larger machines or groups of machines, up to 10 CX300 units can be networked. Each channel can have its measurement range and alarm limits defined separately. Settings and measured data are continuously logged and traceable. The device has an Ethernet (RJ-45) connector, but measurement data and device configuration can also be accessed via a USB 2.0 port.
