The determination and magnitude of residual unbalance for rigid rotating components are covered by the ISO 1940 standard. Its basis is the circumferential speed of the mass center offset of the rotating body. The calculator can be used in two ways: 1) Starting from a known balancing class, the limiting value of the balancing weight to achieve it can be determined. 2) The achieved quality class can be calculated from balancing data by selecting "determination of compliance."
